About the Center Website Sponsors

The Center website is maintained by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), with additional technical support provided by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). It compliments the websites maintained by the FHWA Office of Innovative Program Delivery, and builds from the InnovativeFinance.org site initially created in 200-2001 through a grant provided by the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP), (NCHRP Project 20-24(13), "Innovative Finance Clearinghouse").

AASHTO awarded a contract to prepare the content and architecture of the Center website to PB Consult, the strategic consulting subsidiary of the engineering firm Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. PB Consult also developed the InnovativeFinance.org website under contract to NCHRP.
